The Glam Gizmo returns on 30th April, 2026, launching its most ambitious season yet. Season 6 marks a major evolution for the series—expanding its narrative scope, deepening its mythology, and ushering in a new production identity under Gizmoverse Productions.

Across ten episodes released through to September, the season continues the show’s distinctive blend of sci-fi spectacle and grounded, character-driven storytelling—anchored in Melbourne, but spanning dimensions far beyond it.

Season Premiere

Season 6 opens in Episode 1 with The Arnhem Project. Immediately carrying on after the 2025 special and Season 6 prologue Shadowverse, the story takes Violet and Casper beyond the familiar ground of Melbourne to the Arnhem Space Centre in Northern Territory, where they have been handpicked for an off-world mission to retrieve a deadly virus thought to be long forgotten.

A New Era: Gizmoverse Productions

Season 6 represents a defining shift with the introduction of Gizmoverse Productions, formalising the growing scale of The Glam Gizmo as a universe rather than a single series.

What began as a grassroots audio drama has evolved into a multi-layered narrative ecosystem—one that now supports interconnected stories, spin-offs like Boltizor, and future expansions.

"This is a really exciting and bold new era for The Glam Gizmo," says series creator Tom Denham, "The series always leant itself into a huge diverse cast of characters and the Gizmoverse has been devised to accomodate all those household names of the series for the long-term future."

A Major Production Milestone

For the first time in the show’s history, the majority of Season 6 has been recorded in-studio at Library on the Dock in Melbourne, marking a significant leap in production quality and performance style.

Moving from remote recording to a shared studio environment has allowed for more dynamic performances, richer sound design, and a stronger sense of ensemble chemistry—something that is particularly evident in the season’s more emotional and high-stakes moments.

"It has been an absolute joy to see the core cast jump from remote to physical recording," continues Denham, "that studio experience is invaluable and has really brought out the best of every voice you will hear."
